How We Make Our Jars
Every Karessa jar starts as raw concrete mix — poured by hand into moulds in our Surat workshop. After curing, each jar is sanded, cleaned, and inspected for uniformity. We then apply a proprietary two-layer interior sealer that is non-toxic, heat-resistant up to 100°C, and fully compatible with all candle wax types.
Colours are applied using mineral-based pigments that are fade-resistant and eco-friendly. Every batch is heat-tested before dispatch. The result: a jar that is not just beautiful — but genuinely ready to use the moment it arrives at your door.
